These terms describe the general framework for using the ROLmod website and asking about its services. Using the website means you have had the opportunity to review these terms. No project begins and no delivery obligation is created until the scope, cost, and requirements are clearly agreed.
Scope of Services
ROLmod services cover digital areas such as creative design, dropshipping, social media management, training and mentorship, e-commerce store development, and store-to-app development.
Deliverables, features, platforms, and support vary by package or custom proposal. The approved project description is the reference for what is included in scope.
Service Requests and Quotes
Information and prices shown on the website are introductory starting points. Each request is reviewed before acceptance, and a custom proposal may be required based on size, complexity, technology, and external services.
Submitting a form or selecting a package does not constitute final project acceptance or a commitment to deliver. The scope, cost, and requirements are reviewed and approved before work begins.
Payment and Project Start
Project value, currency, payment stages, payment methods, and start date are defined in the proposal or agreement for each project. No deposit percentage or payment schedule should be assumed unless stated in that agreement.
Work begins after the requirements specified in the agreement are met, such as proposal approval, a due payment, or delivery of required materials.
Client Responsibilities and Content
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, usable materials, and timely responses to approval requests. The client is also responsible for holding the rights or permissions needed for submitted text, images, logos, and data.
Delays in materials, feedback, or approvals may affect the schedule, and dates will be coordinated again according to the project's status.
Delivery Time and Revisions
Estimated timing is set after the scope and dependencies are understood. It may change when requirements change, materials are delayed, or out-of-scope needs emerge.
The number and type of revision rounds—and what qualifies as a revision or additional request—are defined by the project proposal or agreement. No unapproved fixed number is assumed.
Intellectual Property and Source Files
Rights to use and receive final deliverables and source files are defined by the package, proposal, and project agreement. A file or asset used during production is not automatically included in the deliverables.
Third-party tools, fonts, templates, and licensed components remain subject to their owners' terms. Any separate licenses needed for the project will be clarified.
Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation, refund conditions, and amounts due are governed by the proposal or agreement for each project, taking into account completed work and non-refundable expenses or licenses.
This page does not establish a fixed cancellation fee, refund percentage, or deposit unless one is expressly stated in the project agreement.
Third-Party Services
A project may rely on hosting platforms, app stores, payment gateways, shipping providers, plugins, or APIs. Their fees, accounts, and continued availability are handled according to the proposal and the third party's terms.
ROLmod does not guarantee that an external service will remain available or keep the same pricing or policies. Changes may require adjustments to scope, schedule, or cost.
Results and Limits of Responsibility
Professional care is applied to the agreed scope, but business results, profits, and campaign performance depend on many factors outside implementation. Experience figures and examples are not guarantees of future outcomes.
The client should review deliverables, data, and compliance requirements connected to their activity before publication or commercial use, and provide feedback through the agreed process.
Suspension or Refusal of Service
A request may be paused or declined if it falls outside the available expertise, cannot be implemented technically, includes unlawful content or infringes third-party rights, or lacks the requirements needed to continue.
Changes and Contact
These terms may be updated when website services or working methods change, and the revised version will be published on this page. Later updates do not replace an existing project agreement except as that agreement permits.
